Booking Policy

To ensure the best experience for every client, please read our booking terms carefully before scheduling an appointment.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All appointments must be booked via our website, phone, or in person.
  • A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your booking is complete.

2. Payment

  • Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
  • Payment secures your appointment slot and covers consultation and scan time.

3. Arriving for Your Appointment

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for check-in.
  • If you are late by more than 10 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

4. What to Bring

  • A form of ID.
  • Any referral letters (if applicable).
  • Your pregnancy/maternity notes if attending for a pregnancy-related scan.

5. Children & Guests

  • You are welcome to bring one adult companion.
  • For safety reasons, we recommend not bringing young children unless necessary.
