Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to offer a fair refund and rescheduling process.

1. Cancellation & Refunds

  • 24 hours or more notice: Full refund or reschedule available.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: No refund. You may be charged in full due to loss of clinical time.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Further changes may incur a £15 admin fee.

3. Medical Grounds

  • If you are advised not to proceed with a scan/test for medical reasons, please provide confirmation from your GP or consultant to receive a full refund.

4. Unsuitable Scan Conditions

  • If the baby’s position or other clinical factors prevent a successful scan:
    • We will offer one free rescan.
    • If the rescan is also inconclusive, no further refund will be issued.

5. Package Purchases

  • Refunds on multi-scan or multi-service packages will be pro-rated.
  • Any used portions will be deducted before a refund is issued.

6. Refund Timeframes

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method..
